WHAT SERVICES DOES THCI PROVIDE?
We realize no two people are the same and everyone’s needs are different. With that in mind our services range from extensive care to having a companion. We are very versatile in the care that we give.

HOW SOON CAN YOUR SERVICES START?
Generally we can start services within 48 hours. We often start services the same day we are contacted.

ARE YOUR SERVICES ONLY AVAILABLE TO THE ELDERLY?
No. If you or your family member is recovering from surgery/ injury, having bed-ridden ailments, or you’re a working parent with a new baby, or any individual with an unusual circumstance can avail themselves of the care we provide.

ARE YOU LICENSED AND INSURED?
Absolutely. We are licensed and fully insured. All of our employees are covered by our insurance and workman’s compensation.

CAN YOU MANAGE THE CARE OF MY LOVED ONE WITH ALZHEIMERS DISEASE?
We Certainly Can. We provide a safe environment, supervise daily activities, stimulate the mind with activities and manage the ever-changing behaviors associated with elderly Alzheimer’s/Dementia individuals. We understand the difficulty’s relating to this disease and work very hard with you and your loved one to enhance and restore the simple pleasures in life.

CAN YOU PROVIDE RESPITE CARE FOR ME AND MY FAMILY?
Yes. Many families like you choose Timberland Home Care Inc. for many different reasons. For most people it is complete assistance with all ADL,s (Activities of Daily Living). However we recognize the much needed and deserved rest of family members who regularly give care to their loved ones, which is why we provide respite care.

HOW DO YOU SELECT YOUR CAREGIVERS?
We select caregivers who have a strong passion to help you live independently. Our caregivers are highly experienced and have had extensive background checks along with thorough personal and professional reference checks.

WHY SOULD I NOT USE SOMEONE OUT OF THE NEWSPAPER OR AN INDEPENDENT PROVIDER?
Unfortunately these people have not been screened, trained and most importantly they are not licensed or insured. With Timberland Home Care we have done all of that for you. There is no need to worry about figuring out taxes or Workman’s Compensation; we take care of all those worries so you don’t have to. Plus, we make sure our staff of caregivers will be compatible and ensure when someone gets sick that another caregiver will be provided to you.
